How long can the Crystal Glass Server perform?
Our performers can serve for as long as you’d like during your event. To keep the performance polished and comfortable, we schedule a short break every 2 hours.
How big is the glass?
The glass stands about 4′ tall and 38″ in diameter. It requires at least 4′ of clearance between the top of the glass and the ceiling.
What kind of characters are available?
Almost any! From elegant showgirls and glamorous dancers to mermaids and themed costumes to match your event’s style.
What does the performer do inside the glass?
The performer engages guests by serving champagne or wine directly into their glasses. Depending on the character, they may also dance, pose, or interact with guests to add energy and fun.

How many guests can one Strolling Table serve?
There’s really no set limit. One table can continuously serve throughout an event, provided catering staff help restock it. Sometimes the table will glide back to the prep area to reload, and other times catering staff can bring trays directly to the performer for quick stocking. How mobile are the tables?
Very! Each table is built on smooth casters, allowing it to glide easily across flat flooring.
What can be served on the Strolling Tables?
Hors d’oeuvres, champagne, cocktails, desserts, candies, swag bags, or custom-branded items. Basically, anything as long as it's not too heavy and can be stable while the dress is in motion.
How many guests can it serve?
Depending on the event and what’s being served, the wall can accommodate continuous champagne service for around 100 guests per hour with two servers pouring and serving. If we’re handing out items like swag or favours, service can move even faster.
Can you serve something other than Champagne?
Yes! We can serve more than just champagne. Anything similar in size to a flute works perfectly — from cocktails and mocktails to desserts, treat bags, swag, or party favours. The choice is yours!”
