To ensure a smooth and polished experience, please provide the following:
★ Private Change Area – A secure and private space for performers to change into costume (bathrooms are not suitable).
★ Washroom Access – Easy access to restrooms during the event.
★ Staging/Storage Space – A small area to store personal belongings and prepare trays before service.
★ Flat & Navigable Floor Space – Surfaces should be level and free of obstructions for safe roaming.
★ Client-Provided Food – All food items to be served must be provided by the client or an approved caterer.

Classic Canapé Tray
A sleek, single-layer tray with a raised edge, worn comfortably around the waist. Designed to hold a variety of small bites while walking, it prevents items from sliding during service. Perfect for traditional hors d’oeuvres or desserts.
Tiered Cone Tray
A striking 3-tiered tray that wraps around the performer, featuring up to 40 cone-shaped slots in 1″, 1.5″, or 2″ sizes. Ideal for serving mini poke cones, salad bites, dessert mousse, or any elegant cone-shaped treat.
Wand Tray
A circular tray with ½” holes around the perimeter, designed for tall and whimsical treats like cotton candy sticks, candy canes, rock candy, or swizzle sticks. Visually playful and perfect for holiday parties, candy bars, or theatrical themes.
Champagne Skirt Tray
A compact version of our Champagne Dress, this elegant tray holds 24 glasses (flutes or coupes) and measures 26″ wide, ensuring it fits through all standard doorways. A sophisticated way to serve bubbly at weddings, galas, or corporate events.

Canapé Table Server FAQs
Strolling Tables are larger setups on wheels with skirts or frames that wrap around the performer. Canapé Table Servers wear a more compact tray around their waist, allowing easier movement through tight spaces or crowded rooms.
While they don’t carry quite as much as our Strolling Tables, Canapé Trays are designed to comfortably hold 30-50 bite-sized treats, depending on the presentation. You can connect with one of our coordinators about which style would best suit your event.
Absolutely! We can match colours, themes, or branding, and even include small signage or décor on the tray itself.
Yes. All consumables must be provided by the client or caterer. This includes the food itself, any serving plates or containers to be placed on the tray, as well as drinks and glassware if applicable (e.g. for Champagne Skirt service). We’ll coordinate the tray setup and timing to seamlessly match your plan.
