Each event typically includes 6–8 different games, carefully selected based on your group size, age range, and available space.

We customize the lineup to ensure a high-energy, well-paced experience that runs smoothly from start to finish.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to provide medals, trophies, or small prizes for winners or participants. If not, we’ll happily supply printed certificates for all participants to celebrate their efforts.

Yes! We offer a Team Olympics variation for adults, ideal for corporate parties and team-building. It’s the same fun format with games adjusted for older participants. Full of laughter, competition, and collaboration.

We can accommodate both small and large groups, typically ranging from 20 up to 120 participants.

To keep the event running smoothly and ensure a high-quality experience, we organize children into smaller groups, with up to 25 participants per heat (age bracket).

For larger groups within the same age range, we simply divide them into multiple heats. This allows us to maintain fair play, keep energy levels high, and ensure every child gets plenty of participation time.

For very large events, we can also rotate teams or schedule time slots to keep everything running efficiently.

The Children’s Olympic games run for about 90-120 minutes, depending on group size and number of games. We’ll tailor it to match your schedule.  We will need an additional 30+ minutes prior to the games to register the players, depending on the number of contestants.

Yes! If there’s a large indoor space (such as a gym or multipurpose hall), we can seamlessly move the games indoors.

We adapt our setup and activities to suit the space, ensuring the event remains just as fun, organized, and engaging.

For outdoor events, we always recommend having a backup indoor option in case of weather changes.

Yes! We bring everything needed to run the event smoothly, including all game equipment, a sound system, registration setup, judge materials, and our DJ booth. All we ask is that the venue provides four 6-foot tables and two chairs. If that’s not possible, just give us a heads-up and we’ll be happy to bring our own. You provide the space and the participants, we’ll take care of the rest!

Participants are divided into age-based groups with coloured wrist bands to ensure fair and balanced competition.

We organize children into the following brackets:

• Ages 5–6
• Ages 7–8
• Ages 9–10
• Ages 11–12

Each group runs through the games separately, allowing kids to compete alongside others in a similar age range.

This structure also makes it easy to plan awards and prizes, as each group can have its own winners and recognition.

For the most part, the games are played individually, allowing each child to shine and compete at their own pace. However, toward the end of the event, we mix things up by placing the kids into balanced teams for a crowd-favourite group challenge: Tug of War!

Yes, we ask for a minimum of 3 volunteers to assist during the event. They’ll help keep the children organized and assist with tracking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each heat. Don’t worry! We’ll provide a Volunteer Guide ahead of time so your team knows exactly what to do. It’s simple, well-structured, and makes the day run smoothly!

Pricing depends on the number of participants, duration, and event setup. Most events are customized to fit your needs—reach out for a quick quote and we’ll recommend the best option for your group.

We typically require a large open space such as a field or school gym. Space requirements depend on group size, but we can adjust the layout to fit your venue. As a guideline, we can operate within a minimum space of 30’ x 40’, though larger spaces allow for a better flow and more engaging field day activities.

We typically require 1–2 hours prior to the event start time to set up and prepare all games and equipment.

We also allow approximately 30 minutes for participant check-in, where children are registered into our system, receive their race numbers, and are grouped for the event.

This ensures a smooth, organized start so every child is ready to jump into the games right away.
