To ensure a smooth and successful setup for your Polaroid Photo Booth experience, please review the following requirements:
Photo Booth Setup (Optional):
- Space Needed: A minimum of 8’ x 8’ for the booth area if a backdrop station is being used.
Charging & Storage Area (Recommended):
- A small designated area for photographers to charge batteries, change films and store camera cases during the event.
Lighting Considerations:
- While no extra lighting is required, good ambient lighting enhances photo quality, especially for evening events.
Setup & Breakdown:
- Roaming Photographers: 10 minutes for equipment prep.
- Backdrop (optional): 30 minutes for setup and teardown if a backdrop is used.

2️⃣ Photo Booth Setup (Optional) – Guests pose at a designated photo station with an optional backdrop, strike a pose, and receive a vintage-style Polaroid print within seconds.
Each Polaroid photo prints instantly, developing fully within 45-60 seconds.
A standard Polaroid print fits 1-4 people comfortably, but we can capture larger groups if needed. Just expect a more zoomed-out shot!
No dedicated pace is required for Roaming Photography. However, Photo Booth Setup requires a minimum 8’ x 8’ space if a backdrop is used.
No power is required for standard operation; Polaroid cameras run on battery power. If available, a small charging station is helpful for extra batteries during long events.
No, traditional Polaroid prints cannot be directly customized with a logo or design. However, we can add branding by using custom stickers or stamps on the Polaroid border before handing them out to guests.
