To ensure a smooth and successful setup for your Polaroid Photo Booth experience, please review the following requirements:
Photo Booth Setup (Optional):
- Space Needed: A minimum of 8’ x 8’ for the booth area if a backdrop is being used.
- Backdrop (Optional): If requested, an open space for backdrop placement must be available.
Charging & Storage Area (Recommended):
- A small designated area for photographers to charge batteries and store camera cases during the event.
Lighting Considerations:
- While no extra lighting is required, good ambient lighting enhances photo quality, especially for evening events.
Setup & Breakdown:
- Photo Booth Setup: 30 minutes required for setup.
- Roaming Photographers: 10 minutes for equipment prep.
- Teardown: 30 minutes if a backdrop is used; minimal teardown for roaming photography.

Each Polaroid photo prints instantly, developing fully within 45-60 seconds.
A standard Polaroid print fits 1-4 people comfortably, but we can capture larger groups if needed—just expect a more zoomed-out shot!
