To ensure our Character Servers deliver the best experience possible, please provide the following:
★ Private Change Area – A secure and private space for performers to change into costume (not a public washroom).
★ Washroom Access – Convenient access to restrooms during the event.
★ Staging/Storage Space – A small area to store personal belongings and prepare trays before service.
★ Flat, Walkable Surface – Clear and even flooring to allow safe movement for performers, especially in themed costumes.
★ Client-Provided Items – All food, beverages, serving plates/containers, and drinkware (if applicable) must be supplied by the client or caterer.

Our servers can present drinks, hors d’oeuvres, desserts, candy, party favours, champagne, popcorn, novelty items—you name it! Just keep in mind that everything will be displayed on a mobile tray, so items should be stable and unlikely to tip or spill while roaming.
Yes—clients must provide all consumables, including food, drinks, serving plates, napkins, and glassware. We’ll coordinate how it’s displayed and served.
