We tailor the lineup based on your group size, age range, and available space to ensure the event is high-energy and smoothly run from start to finish.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to provide medals, trophies, or small prizes for winners or participants. If not, we’ll happily supply printed certificates for all participants to celebrate their efforts.
Yes! We offer a Team Olympics variation for adults, ideal for corporate parties and team-building. It’s the same fun format with games adjusted for older participants — full of laughter, competition, and collaboration.
We can accommodate both small and large groups, from 20 up to 120 guests. For very large events, we recommend rotating teams or organizing time slots to keep things running smoothly. To ensure fair play and an enjoyable experience for all, we aim for a maximum of 20 participants per heat, which helps us distribute supplies evenly and maintain high energy throughout the event.
Most events run for 90-120 minutes, depending on group size and number of games. We’ll tailor it to match your schedule.
Yes! If there’s a large indoor space (like a gym or multipurpose hall), we can move the games inside. For outdoor events, a backup plan is always recommended.
Yes! We bring everything needed to run the event smoothly — including all game equipment, a sound system, registration setup, judge materials, and our DJ booth. All we ask is that the venue provides four 6-foot tables and two chairs. If that’s not possible, just give us a heads-up and we’ll be happy to bring our own. You provide the space and the participants — we’ll take care of the rest!
Before the games begin, we register each child and provide a colour-coded wristband with a number based on their age group, so we can accurately track scores. We divide the participants into the following age brackets: 5–6, 7–8, 9–10, and 11–12 years old. Each game is then run once for each group, allowing kids to compete alongside others in their same age range. This helps ensure fair play and a fun, balanced experience for everyone!
For the most part, the games are played individually, allowing each child to shine and compete at their own pace. However, toward the end of the event, we mix things up by placing the kids into balanced teams for a crowd-favourite group challenge: Tug of War!
Yes, we ask for a minimum of 3 volunteers to assist during the event. They’ll help keep the children organized and assist with tracking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each heat. Don’t worry — we’ll provide a Volunteer Guide ahead of time so your team knows exactly what to do. It’s simple, well-structured, and makes the day run smoothly!
Yes! While we separate children by age brackets, we can also run family-friendly versions of the games for mixed-age groups or even include adults if you’d like to create a combined challenge.
