Organizational Media Release Agreement

I, on behalf of the COMPANY or ORGANIZATION (hereafter referred to as the “client”)

And with the capacity to do so, grant the TriXtan Entertainment Team operating as TriXtan Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as “TriXtan”), and all licensees, successors, legal representatives and assigns of TriXtan, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to collect, create, use, reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display, copyright, publish and/or resell photographic pictures and/or moving pictures and/or videotaped images that portray, promote, and/or mention the name of the client.

The client also grants TriXtan permission to portray, promote, and use the existing intellectual property of the client (logos, images, etc) without monetary consideration for promotional purposes. The intellectual property will remain the property of the client.

Pictures, images, videos, and possessions will be photographed, taped, videotaped, acquired and/or recorded at events for which the client has hired TriXtan to provide services and thereafter, and to circulate the same in all forms and media for art, advertising, trade, competition of every description and/or any other lawful purpose whatsoever. The client also consents to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith.

The client hereby waives any right that they may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or products or the editorial, advertising or printed copy or soundtrack that may be used in connection therewith and any right that they may have to control the use to which said product, products, copy and/or soundtrack may be applied.

The client hereby releases, discharges and agrees to save harmless TriXtan, their licensees, successors, legal representatives and assigns from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the making, processing, duplication, projecting or displaying of said pictures or images, and from liability for violation of any personal or proprietary right that the client may have in connection with said pictures or images and with the use thereof.
