Can I book multiple food services for the same event?
Yes! Many clients book multiple stands together to create a full carnival-style experience. Let us know your preferences, and we can build a custom package for your event.
Do you need water or special equipment?
No running water is required, but access to a power outlet is necessary for most of our machines. If you don’t have power at your venue, let us know. We have generator options available.
How many servings can you provide per hour?

How long does setup and teardown take?
Setup typically takes 30-45 minutes per station, and teardown is about 30 minutes. We’ll arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event starts.
Are the ingredients safe for all dietary needs?
We use high-quality, food-safe ingredients and can accommodate some dietary preferences, such as:✔ Dairy-free options for hot chocolate and cappuccinos (upon request).✔ Sugar-free syrups for coffee and some snow cone flavors (upon request).✔ Nut-free production areas to minimize allergy concerns.
Do you offer bulk service for large events?
Yes! We can accommodate high-volume events with fast, efficient service to keep lines moving. If you're expecting a large crowd, let us know, and we can adjust staffing and supplies accordingly.

What do you need for setup?
We require:✔ A standard power source for most of our machines.✔ A flat, stable surface or table for setup. (We can provide one if needed.)✔ An minimum space of 6' x 6' per station is needed or 10'x10' is preferred for smooth service.✔ Shaded or covered areas for outdoor events to protect equipment and supplies.
