To ensure a smooth performance, please review the following event requirements:
Space Needs
- Minimum 10’ x 10’ clearance for roaming characters.
- Larger acts like animatronic dinosaurs or stilt performers require extra space to move safely.
Power & Technical Needs
- Some characters (Snow Globe Ice Queen, LED performers) may need one 110V power outlet nearby.
- Additional lighting/effects must be discussed in advance.
Green Room & Setup
- A private changing area (not a public restroom) with seating, lighting, and a mirror is required.
- Setup time: 30–60 minutes before performance.
- Performance length: Typically 45–60 minutes per set with breaks for multi-set bookings.
Outdoor Events
- Wind & Weather: Large-costume performers may be affected by strong winds or extreme temperatures.
- Rain/Snow: A covered area or tent may be required for safety.
