For events outside the city, we often work with trusted partners and suppliers in other locations such as Edmonton, Vancouver, and across Western Canada. This allows us to bring the experience to more events while helping reduce travel costs whenever possible.

Many events within Calgary and nearby communities can be booked with no travel fees.

For events farther away, we will provide a custom quote based on the location. Whenever possible, we work with local partners and suppliers to help keep travel costs reasonable for our clients.
